Area Sales Manager

We are looking for Area Sales Managers in Chennai, Bangalore, Gujarat, Delhi to join our team in helping us to grow.

As an Area Sales Manager @ ABK Logistics India Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth. This is a challenging role and requires individuals with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a deep understanding of logistics landscape and its challenges.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading, developing and executing a sales strategy to sell Part truck load, Full Truck Load and express line hauls to customers.
• New lead generations, meeting with clients and understanding their complete requirements
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients through upselling and cross-selling of products.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at customer’s end.
• Manage a team of Sales Executives.
• Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients. Developing the sales funnel, creating the pipeline and future prospects.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Able to work as an individual contributor, as well as with the team.
• Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue

Basic Requirements:

• Any graduate having 5+ yrs. of sales experience in Domestic Transportation industry
• Experience in managing team of Sales executives.
• Understanding of transportation landscape and sales cycle of various customer types
• Experience in planning, managing and closing competitive sales efforts.
• Experience in using CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Strong Communication skills, presentation skills and client relationship management are necessary for this position.

Growth Coordinator

The Growth Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the field Growth Team by facilitating efficient communication, monitoring activities through CRM systems, ensuring the timely updating of sales data and managing quotations

This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
1. CRM Monitoring, Follow up and Reporting:

• Utilize CRM systems to monitor the activities of field growth staff.
• Regularly update CRM with relevant information, including client interactions, sales
progress, and follow-up actions.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy by conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Follow up with field sales staff to ensure that all sales activities are documented and
updated through the CRM.
• Generate reports on sales performance, activity metrics, and pipeline analysis.
• Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

2. Communication and Coordination:

• Serve as a liaison between field growth team members and internal departments,
such as operations, warehouse team, account teams and external marketing team.

3. Sales Support:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports,
presentations, and documents as needed.
• Assist in the development of sales materials and collateral.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
